Thread: Waking up 7 times

I had 6 false awakenings this morning. Each of them came out of a sleep paralysis that was not frightening and that I wasn't even quite aware of being in. I just felt like I was getting out of bed each time, but something alerted me to being in a dream in each case. I would turn on a light that wouldn't light up the room very well, then get up and look at something on the wall, then slowly fade back into being on the bed about to wake up again. Each time I woke up in the dream, the setting became more realistic. The room I woke up in became more like the real room I sleep in each time, and each time it just felt more real. The last fale awakening was in a room that was exactly like my real room and I got up but for some reason started punching the alarm clock. Then I actually was woken up by the alarm clock. I just wonder how long that would have lasted if the alarm hadn't gone off. I wasn't completely sure I was awake when I did wake up for real. It should have been kind of scary I guess, but it was mostly just cool and weird. Anyone else have this happen so many times?
