      My First Adult LD

I have had a couple of LD's as a child and still remember the scenes exactly.
I never knew you could train youself to have these. I think as a kid you are less ignorant of non-reality and have a more open imagination.
I remember waking up in the dreams and felt so exited, but didn't know what to do because dreams usually flowed themselves.
I started walking but woke up because I didn't have a plan to go anywhere. I have had 2 as a child, but none since then.
My wife has many dreams and nightmares dealing with work and life stresses and controls her dreams quite easily (I think just from practice) which makes me more determined to LD.
Anyway, I am now 37 and this morning after about 4 dreams I had a short one walking up some narrow wooden stairs to a loft-type room (old-stye), I think with Rachel Weisz(actress from "The Mummy"), since she was in a scene from an earlier dream. (cool).
Anyway, I got to the top and was in the room and looked left to a book shelf and as I turned right, the scene changed to colour and extreme clarity.
I think it lasted about 2 seconds and I either went into non-REM or woke up (timing is hard to work out). Maybe I got too exited.
Is this a LD? Short as it is?
