I think it helps a lot in a number of ways. It teaches us what it "feels like," more or less, it shows us what is possible, and the really fun ones, (like Oneironaut's and Clairity's, for a couple examples,) are very motivational! |

Yeh funny you should say that because i am going to do that in a bit because i am going to try WBTB and i want my mind to be focused 100% on lucid dreaming. I have not had a lucid dream for a cople of nights because i have been getting up early and ging to bed late so not enough sleep so i am going to see if this brings any success. |

I dont think it helps in any other way, than making u think about lucid dreaming. I am totaly not wasting my time on reading journals.. |

Reading through some of your other posts, you complain about doing dumb things in your lucid dreams and pretty much wasting them. Could it be a coincidence that you also consider reading about what other people do in their lucid dreams a waste of time? |

Reading through dream journals is a good idea. We keep our own journals to know what our dreams are like but what do you do when you want to be more immersed in dreams? To think more about them and read more? |
