Thread: Flying & Sleeping on the back.. (Related?)

I found the easiest way for me to be aware that I am dreaming, in the dreamscape, is by waking up early one day.. (No alarm!) And then be sleepy enough to go in to a paralysis again, yet rested enough to keep a clear mind..

Then I am able to fall asleep, lying comfortable on my back.. (I tend to turn and lie on my left side when I am really tired!)

..and the thing is! I never noticed having trouble "soaring" in the magnetic fields, when sleeping like this.

And, I am very sure that it has to do with me paralysing my body completely when going about it this way..
