      2 more LD's for Me!!

      Hey folks,

I just recently woke up from like a 3 hour nap (it was so great!) During that time i had 2 LD's (3 dreams total) Also I have begun keeping a dream journal again and I am going to get my sleep cycle back on track beginning tonight.. I also have begun reading EWLD again ( I read a couple chapters before my nap)

      LD 1:

I was in this like WAR ZONE, there were guns and bullets laying everywhere around me and for whatever reason the enemy was after me.. I can remember picking up a gun and then later ending up going down this river in some kind of rowing boat.. The weird thing was it was at night and in a thick jungle.. Also there were all these huge snakes swimming in the water and hanging from the tree's.. I remember telling myself "They cant hurt me, I am in a dream!" Then a few seconds later the dream ended..

LD 2: I remember walking down this hall in a building.. The lights brightened the hall pretty good.. For some reason I decided to do a nose RC and it worked.. I realized I was dreaming and then called for ANNA (My dreamguide who I have yet to see in quite some time) I heard a lady say "Yes!" from behind me.. I saw this girl (which was not Anna) but I decided to sit down with her.. I was going to ask her general questions but I notice she only had one eye.. It didnt scare me or anything it just through me off guard and I woke up!!

So I had 3 dreams (2 Lucid) during my nap! Great time to start putting a new DREAM JOURNAL to work.. I plan on getting into bed before Midnight tonight and setting my alarm for WBTB and going from there!

      Thanks

      SpiritOfTheWolf

PS: I just realized I need to find my DREAMGUIDE Anna again, I honestly havent talked to her for a few months (my sleep cycle has been way off) I am setting a Goal for myself, to find her and talk to her again...This also means I must get back on a good sleep cycle...

I envy you as I have yet to have an LD during a nap.. I've had some crazy dreams but none where I became lucid.

      Congratulations!

      Sounds pretty cool!

I'm new, and have 2 questions:

      1. What exactly is a dream guide?
      2. What does WBTB stand for?

      Thanks.

      WBTB stands for
      Wake
      Back
      To
      Bed

Wake back to bed is a Lucid technique. after a few hours of sleeping, you wake up. And what I do, is single mindedly focus my mind on becoming Lucid. for ten to fifteen minutes. Then go to sleep without letting any other thought in. This works very well for me sometimes.

      Congratulations Spiritofthewolf, Thats awsome!
