Lucid Dreaming: Giving It Another Shot
Hey everyone!
As some of you may know from talking to me or reading some of my threads, that for the past year or so i havent really TRIED to LUCID DREAM.. I would just go to bed when I got tired and if i had dreams i had dreams, and if they were lucid they were lucid...but now sitting back and reading everyone's posts about Lucid Dreams and all this other stuff, I've decided to begin TRYING to Lucid Dream.. That consists of the following..
1. Keeping a Dream Journal
2. Doing Reality Checks throughout the day
3.) Gaining back my Dream Recall (most dreams i ever remembered in one night was 9)
4.) Getting my sleep cycle back on track ( i stay up past 3 am every night, just this past night i didnt go to bed til 7:30am
So tomorrow night, the 4th of july...i begin again....wish me luck...Lets see how fast i can get a lucid dream now that i am trying... ;)
