      my first lucid... finally

So after 4 long months of half crap effort and 2 weeks of dedication- i finally had my first lucid.

I gotta say, it was really great.

It started with me walking in school where during the last few weeks ive done reality checks. As soon as i got there i became lucid. I was really exited and although i told myself before i went to bed that i wasnt going to, of course the first thing i did was try flying. Id say it went pretty good on my first try. I was in a large room and i managed to make it to the ceiling. Then i flew to the middle of the room and threw myself forward and went flipping.
Lastly I landed at the bottom of the room. I was in an office and I just stayed a few minutes there watching in fascination at what my mind could create until i lost lucidity.

It was an awesome experience, and anyone who wants results needs to actually put some effort into it because it definantly pays off.

Id say it went well too, took me quite a few lucids to get the hang of flying.

I agree completely, when i first found out about lucid dreaming its all i thought about for months, once you begin having them its easier to get them back, the efforts definitely worth it.

Congrats on your first lucid, im sure there's plenty more to come!

Well its hard to explain, it did definitely feel real but there are different levels. Some lucids I've had that i don't even count because they were such a low level of lucidity. A good way to put it is its like i was aware that i was dreaming, but my IQ dropped by 100 points. However dreams like last night seemed completely real and i could fully think straight.

      Hope that helped some

I had my first lucid last night and i've only been training for about 2 weeks. However, it was all I thought about the whole time.
