Okay, I've never really thought about this much before but since it happened to me for the third time in two months (December and January). |

---o--- my DCs say I'm dreamy.
It's true that your body goes into sleep paralysis when you are dreaming, to keep you from acting out your dreams...but I can't see how this would cause anyone to hyperventilate. Are you an anxious person? Do you have any anxiety? I've woken up once and started hyperventilating because of a panic attack. But other than that, I can't see any reason why you would experience this. Maybe someone else has experienced something similar? |

I'm not an anxious person by nature and I don't suffer from anxiety, I do know that this morning, I was hypervenhilating for no reason since I was calm in the LD, as well as when I woke up and went to sleep last night |
