So yesterday i woke up from a good night of sleep but i was still tired... I laid down and fell asleep. I then noticed i was dreaming and had about a 30 second lucid. I then fell asleep and did the exact same thing... After about 30 seconds in each i woke up and then did it over again... After doing this about 6 times i started to have control over what i dreamed about. I would say im dreaming of flying and i would fall asleep and have a ld of me flying...

so what im trying to say is, has anyone else had this happen to them?

Couldn't this be a case of false awakenings?

Happened to me before, not 10 times though, maybe around 4-5. It wasnt a lucid dream though either. It was when i was younger, i remember i dreamed i was a deer, and for the entire night i would wake up and go back to bed imagining how wonderful it would be to have the same dream again, and over the course of the night i did end up continuing it. Hasn't happened since though, and i really wish it would!

Yep I've had it happen once had 4-5 false awakenings where I just kept getting lucid, I was like OMG another one, I wonder if I'll ever wake up for real.

sounds cool but weird. nope, it hasnt happen to me. so if it happens again, and you wake up, just perform a reality check. that might see if its a false awaking
