So I've been having problems with sleeping lately. I've also started the SILD technique a couple days ago. But anyway. I went to sleep and had a dream where I was having Spanish class at school. I thought to myself, "I shouldn't be having classes right now!' (I don't start until Monday) but it didn't register. I woke myself up around 4:00 (went to bed around 11). I had a terrible time trying to get back to sleep. I don't know why since I didn't even get out of bed. I constantly told myself, "I will have a lucid dream when I go back to sleep." I fell asleep and nothing happened until I woke up again around 7:30. I then went back to sleep and it happened! At first, it was low lucidity. But then I heard a voice say, "Move your arm!". I did so, and I saw 'spots' everywhere and things were slightly clearer. I constantly pinched my nose, but then I realized that I couldn't breathe that clearly. It was like one nostril was blocked. After fighting this guy with no success, I then wanted to jump off a cliff due to my wanting to do it and coincidentally, it's the task of the month. So I said that I want to jump off a cliff so a door will appear behind me leading to that cliff. Well, a door appeared. I then noticed that my eyes were doing weird things too! I either couldn't see straight, or my head was always wanting to tilt a certain way. I actually had to tell myself, "look straight!" which worked for a few minutes. But anyway. I opened it, but it led downstairs to another one. Then another one. Then I came to this 'shelter' that would lead to the cliff. I was in a bathroom and someone told me make sure to go to the bathroom. There was no stall so I just peed in a mud puddle (it was raining). I was then nagged to wash my hands. While doing so, I saw myself in an overhead mirror and I looked the same as I always do though it was slightly darker because of the rain clouds. I then automatically woke up at 8:30.

Synopsis-
This LD lasted much longer than usual and I could eventually begin to think more clearly and more slowly. Maybe I'm becoming more experienced! 8)

So my questions.

1) Why was my LD 3 hours later when I woke up the second time instead of it being after my earlier WBTB?
2) Why couldn't I breathe clearly through my nose?
3) What about my eyes involuntarily not looking normally straight ahead?
4) Was it lack of control that made the door open to staircases instead of directly opening to the cliff?

I do believe that doing the constant reality checks and/or having the brainbullet SILD technique used many times throughout the day helps one to start having a LD a few days later.

That's just how I do my days though.
