Lucid Visions

sometimes when im walking around i get this pain and my eyes and head start to feel heavy it lasts for about 10-15 seconds and i feel dizzy after. i then see this strangely shaped thing moving i can tell what it is, does anyone have any advice of how i can focus more and find out what this object is, its been going on for a couple of years now so im just very keen to nkow what it is, thank you for anyone who can help.

I don't want to scare your or anything, but that might be a symptom of a physical problem and I think you should see a doctor. Luckily the fact that it has been going on for a long time probably means it is nothing bad (so don't worry too much! But maybe you should have it checked out if you can). Does anyone else have pain in dreams? I can remember getting bit by a snake once and waking up with a pain in my ankle (I was a kid and I really thought I had been bit); but other violent things, including getting shot and killed, didn't really hurt; and I don't remember ever having a headache or anything. Not to hijack destinyblade's topic but I thought it might be useful to know if other people experience this.

oh its nothing serious its just a mild pain, but i guess it can be bad sometimes, mabye i dramtise it a bit, i dont know yeah well its werid anyway oh and i like the idea about pain in dreams is there anyway i can rename the thread?

[/b] OK good, that the pain is not too bad; I imagine the experience is very strange. I have never felt anything like that anyway. I don't know about renaming.

Somtimes i feel horrible pain like if i get eaten by a tiger and wake up i feel a pain in my back thats about all i feel but its a bad pain

i had one of my lucid visions but the pain only lasted about 5 seconds and later on in the day i could see the object its strange, hmmm. oh yes and il make that pain in lucid dreaming thread soon.
