I know there are tons of posts like this, sorry. I'm just really excited about having lucids 2 nights in a row, both of which I came close to control in. You can read about them in my dream journal if you want, they're the last 2 entrys. The one from the night before last was DILD, probably induced by either the self-hypnosis I did on the weekend, or the suggestion that I will LD whenever I RC. Last night's was RC-induced (actually I never did an RC since the second I asked "am I dreaming?", I knew the answer, it was induced more by the thought of RCing). As it happens to be, last night's was my tenth LD, how cool is that :bravo:. Now what I need to do is stabilize. I tried ZenVortex's method last night, but did it slightly incorrectly, and it didn't work, I woke up. I understand the techniques of stabilization, but what I am wondering is how do I remember to stabilize, and how can I tell when the LD has become stable? Also, I am wondering what works best for people. This forum is great, and thanks to everyone who has given me advice both directly and indirectly. |
