Thread: 1st LD since i started trying

2nd LD overall (first one was when i was like 7)

unless you count the many nightmares i had as a kid that i knew i was dreaming but just chose to wake myself up every time

it was last night, i was trying to sleep, i noticed my eyes were like shaking like they do in rem, so i decided to try a wild, i think i got pretty close, but for some reason i stopped, don't really remember why lol, after that i didn't want to waste any time because i have to get up early on weekdays, so i just like told myself i was gonna have an ld, it took me a while to fall asleep but i did eventually, i had a normal dream, don't remember much before it, but eventually i decided to lay down and i started seeing images when i closed my eyes, so i got up (don't know why lol) then i decided to go back and i was like barely able to walk, like i was sort of paralyzed, so i just layed down like half on my bed half on the floor lol, i tried to wild (in my dream still) so it worked in like 2 seconds (i saw like a square tunnel with squares with dots in them)

I appeared in my grandmas house for some reason lol, i knew i was dreaming but for some reason i still didn't know i was before then until i woke up, i went downstairs and walked around for like 10 seconds messing around with stuff because i knew i was dreaming, i thought i should find someone to ask if they could tell me that i'm dreaming in another dream

i went upstairs (the stairs were different, but i didn't notice then) i got up the stairs and saw 2 people, one of them crying for some reason, so i decided not to ask them, so i went into the kitchen and saw some scarecrow, i though it looked evil (maybe it was the black smoke coming out of its mouth haha) so i decided to burn it with my mind lol, i did, then i tried something which was the only thing that didn't work, i tried to like burn it really fast so it would like burn in like 1 second then dissapear, it didn't work but i remember something like 2 people coming out of the body of it, lol not sure what that was about, but it's head was gone and i think it was made out of metal underneath the straw lol

i saw the guy from the incredibles in the kitchen, not sure why, i only watched like half of the movie a really long time ago haha, but i decided i'd ask him to tell me i'm dreaming later, and thats when i woke up

not very long but at least it was something, when i woke up i looked at the clock and it was only like half an hour to an hour after i fell asleep (it wasn't a false awakening lol i was pretty sure it wasn't but i checked incase because i heard it can be really realistic) the dream wasn't as realistic as real life, just like a normal dream, i was gonna make a door appear and go in it and make it go to my room then make it back so it just goes to what's really outside of my door in my house, but it wasn't long enough lol, hopefully i'll have another one soon so i can do more, i want to fly again, haven't done it since my first LD lol, also i want to try running really fast and jumping really high

it's happened to me twice before in a dream where i was sitting down or laying down and images appear like right away and are really vivid, then i get up and move and try again, but the last 2 times i woke up when i tried again

lol i haven't done a real wild yet, but at least it still helped me to have an LD haha
