Past few days I have had a couple of LD's. Two days ago I realized I was lucid and walked for a moment and it all faded, without me being able to stop it. I then appeared in my grandmother's house, only I was not me. I was an agent!!!! I knew this because everything seemed like I was in a computer program, and my sleeves seemed like they were from a suit like they wear(I didn't look down to see the rest or look for a mirror). So I started walking around, thinking about how cool it was, and a guy hoped in front of me. I immediately stated fighting him, only I couldn't reduce his speed or make myself faster. I was throwing many punches but he kept blocking them. That is when I woke up. The whole dream felt like 2 minutes long.

Today I also became lucid, although I kind of kept loosing consciousness, or control, for short periods of time. I was at work, only it was somewhere else, and I kept feeling like it was a dream. I became aware and saw my boss coming to scold us for some reason. I then wanted to get up and start cursing at him and kicking his ass(because of a conversation I had had a couple days before with someone who wanted to do this) but I lost lucidity and was unable.

Then these executives came up to us and I regained lucidity. They were leaving to some office for a meetings and I followed them. I then decided to kick their asses for no reason. I then was able to slow time down and do some bullet-time moves(which was real cool). I then had the urge to go find agent smith and fight him, which I have wanted to do for a while. That is when my alarm clock woke me up.

Anyway, besided sharing my LD's I also wanted to ask the most experiences of you: What can I do in order to have my lucid dreams last longer? Can I train myself so that I can do this?

I would really appreciate any input on this, for although I can get lucid everytime I try, it doesn't last long enough...
