Personal suggestions for increasing lucid dreaming frequency

I have now had a few lucid dreams, 4 to be exact. I feel i am progressing relatively well. It has taken about 6 months or so to get this far, and all the lucid dreams have happened in the span of about a month or so.

      Question 1
I would like to know some personal suggestions for increasing the frequency of becoming lucid. Ive read the tutorials and whatnot, but i think personal suggestions would help.

      Question 2
Also 3 of these were DILD lucidity and my latest one was a MILD. Maybe using another method other than DILD is a better way to increase lucid dreaming frequency?

Try something new, WBTB with some special personal touch maybe.

      Just a suggestion:

Wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep
      Awake for 30 minutes tops.
Open a window, Move a lot, drink chocolate milk or something, do something logical like sudoku or writing in DV, listen to some chill music, make a decision to LD, write the things you want to do somewhere (notepad) and go through them. As you go to sleep try some sort of WILD technique.

Here's a WILD technique I came up with.

Okay so I came up with this a while ago and I'm not sure if it works properly for WILD but anyway here it is. All you need is a wall next to your bed. So go to bed when you feel ready for WILD and lay down on your side, facing the wall. Now lean your hand against the wall. The elbow should touch the bed but yor hand should touch the wall, at the highest point possible. Now just relax in this position. It doesn't take much effort to keep your hand up but it should take a little effort, and that's the thing: The moment you fall asleep your hand falls down next to you. You won't wake up entirely but it's a clear sign of you falling asleep. Hopefully it will only wake up your mind. Now it's up to you, keep your mind awake with the traditional ways (like climbing up stairs, whatever works best for you), you are close. When your hand falls down it's a sign of sleep paralysis, if I'm correct, so you can't be far from dreaming.[/b]

Well, anything to make me lucid dream I'm constantly thinking of new techniques.

But, as I said, I came up with the arm falling down thing by accident. I'll try it the next time I do WBTB... that is... this night

Some like to incubate lucid dream signs...I just incubate lucid dreams. Other than that, if you are a back sleeper, bend your knees so your lower body makes a tent. Plant your feet flat on the bed. It is not as hard to hold the knees up, and you should still waver on the borderline without falling asleep so easily. You could do all different variants of this. This is just like the arm suggestion, but using legs instead.

It could be the WILD variation that would work for me.

Keep a dream journal and read it on a regular basis. That will keep your mind preoocupied with the dream realm, so you will be more likely to recognize it when you see it. Also, read my sig line below...
      You are dreaming right now.
