I have now had a few lucid dreams, 4 to be exact. I feel i am progressing relatively well. It has taken about 6 months or so to get this far, and all the lucid dreams have happened in the span of about a month or so.

Question 1
I would like to know some personal suggestions for increasing the frequency of becoming lucid. Ive read the tutorials and whatnot, but i think personal suggestions would help.

Question 2
Also 3 of these were DILD lucidity and my latest one was a MILD. Maybe using another method other than DILD is a better way to increase lucid dreaming frequency?
