Ive done this twice, and a few days ago i read somthing about low lucidity and i didnt know there was such a thing so could this be low lucidity? :o :o

Just as regular dreams do often vary in intensity and vividness, so to can lucidity.
I really can't tell you how many levels there are. I suppose that can be contradictory depending on each individual.
Depending on the lucidity, as you found, what you can & cannot do alter.
