The trigger I had last night

Last night I had the classic driving in a car with no control dream.
I was driving in the city I live for a while when all of a sudden I was in a different city, still driving. I instantly understood that i'm dreaming and became lucid.
I then slowly stepped out of the car trying to be calm. I then recited in my mind "Pamela Anderson will appear now". She didn't just appear there. So I said to myself, I'll get back in the car and she'll be there. She still wasn't there. I then started to loose control and I went into a house that was nearby, I was going to get into a room in that house and told myself that Pamela will be there. I'm not sure if she was there or not, (i think she was) and then I woke up. maybe I was getting too excited.

You should start with something more easily manageable than conjuring up dream characters. Maybe some kind of inanimate object.

I was once succesful in creating a starwars LightSabre and fighting with it

But yes I agree I need more training with simplier objects
