Thread: my 26th Lucid Dream....

Hey everyone, its spirit..

Well yesterday i got paid...picked up some Vitamin B-6..and 2 cd's that have to do with dreaming and relaxing..I took some Vitamin B-6 an hour and a half b4 i went to bed..then i listened to one of the 2 cd's i got for about 45 mins....then i fell asleep...

I didn't start dreaming i dont think until later then usual, but i fell into a dream...

It was me, and another guy who is at the treatment facility im at right now..and we were in this field--the dream was really vivid because of the B6---He was saying something to me..and I remember standing there trying to figure out if this was a dream or not...Well...I plugged my nose and breathed through it [first time i did that RC] I'M DREAMING!!!

I knew i was dreaming, and started to fly--it seems i always lift off the ground in each LD..so i commanded that i get back to the ground..told the dude "I'm going to the city", start walking and i end up at my grandfathers old lake home--my Gdad died 3 years ago, my Gma when i was 7.. I remember seeing some people swimmin in the lake..and i went across the front of the lake house and saw my grandpa sitting in his chair he always sat in, in the living room...

so i went inside..I remember him just starrin of into space not moving, like a zombie, i remember feeling really bothered by this in my dream--i think so bothered i lost Lucidity, because i started to toss a cat at his head-for some reason....a few seconds after that i went outside and jumped into the lake off the dock, and i think my dad said "This is where your grandmom and grandpa got married" --Under water?---i later woke up

I woke up bothered by the look in his eyes, its wicked..i dont know if its because he is dead that he looked like that, but it was weird, my first time seenig a dead relative in Lucid Dreams...All in all, very vivid dream, my last LD was on Jan 27th...so im going to continue with the B-6 and cd's...

What did you all think???

Also, any tips on how to prolong Lucidity so i dont lose it in the middle of a dream??
