My longest LD yet and how I did it

I wasnt sure where to put this as it may belong in attaining but whatever, Im not gonna put much of the actual dream but pay more attention to the length and how I did it.

So this morning Im reading the FAT tutorial and thinking hmm this has great premise AND promise but I applied it to the LD itself, instead of my waking time. Once I became lucid I found an object, doesnt matter what object it may be (in my case it was a piece of paper from some chinese dude, a proverb maybe I dunno). I put it in my pocket and went about my dream. As my dream began to fade I would place my hand on the paper in my pocket and rub it up and down fast while thinking of returning to my LD. I know this implements the rubbing technique but the object grounded my mind.

I actually woke up at one point and decided 'why not' and put my hand in my pocket (yes I sleep in my clothes shutup ) returning to sleep I found myself back in a LD holding the parchment in my pocket again. So really I had implemented a few not so new techniques but the big one that I used for the first time this morning was using an object much like the FAT.

Ok now one tidbit of the dream that excites me, I heard my phone ringing next to my head so I grabbed the paper and stayed within the dream, later when I woke up from the LD I checked my phone and it had been 40 minutes since it rang. So my LD was almost an hour if not longer! yay!!
