      my first lucid dream

      I had my first lucid dream last night after about 1 month of trying. When I realized i was dreaming, I got scared or excited. Anyway, everything turned black and I was spinning around. My head became numb and it felt like too much blood was being circulated to my head.I tried to wake myself up but my eyes wouldnt open.

      Has anyone experianced this tingle feeling before? I think I was just too excited. Can someone please confirm this?
