I have had dreams like that, too. If I am lucky, a friend of mine will be having one at the same time, then we can do something like go to a movie (too bad we can't buy popcorn, b/c we can't even touch it, let alone talk to the manager w/o him completely ignoring us!!)
Then in the aftermath, after I wake up, if I have had a sufficient amount of LDing (6 hours), & did this, I am usually very energetic after that, & run for a long time!
And should this be in Beyond Dreaming?
