When I was younger, I had a lucid dream. As soon as I became lucid, I started hitting my head agains a wall to make myself wake up!
It never accured to me that I could take control.
Anyone have an experiance similar?

Never experienced anything similar but analyzing your feelings then...why do you think you did so? Were you afraid of the fact you became lucid for some reason? For example, because you didn't know what had happened and were afraid of the unknown - humanity's worst fear? Or was it just some other reason or perhaps irrational in itself?
Well before I became lucid, I was being chaised by a headless horseman so...
But I don't know. I guess I wanted to wake up because I was done with that dream.
Exepriences similar to yours are not uncommon. Just hope you dont try that again :P
Ha, when I was younger, I glimpsed the real world under my eyelids whilst sleeping, but the dream continued. I realised that I was dreaming, but all I did was build sandcastles. :|
I don't think I realised the potential, either.
