      Hello Sasso0o!

I have something very similar sometimes, I wake up with some feeling of pain... I describe it as electrostatic discharges, it can be very intense!
It happens after nightmares and sometimes lucid dream when I wake up "too quickly". It lasts only a few seconds, or dozains of seconds, then I wake up naturally.
I'm pretty sure it has to do with atonia sensations, even though it is not a pure and complete SP.
I think when we wake up too fast (like after a LD or a nightmare), the awakening process is rushed and it may cause some unconfortable feelings, if not painful.

You don't need to look at OBE and AP explanations, because hypnopompic state and REM atonia are already adequate/suffisant to explain this kind of pain, especially in your case :
the floating, shaking, and probably the buzzing
They are very common "symptoms" of REM atonia troubles.
I hope it won't happen to you again

Thank you Lune for your reply and support!

The electrostatic discharge I have experienced before but not today, it is like a very strong shiver or shock for just one second, when I wake up too fast as you said.

But that's not what I felt this time or during the recurrent nightmare before. All the pain I described was in the dream (either I was lucid or not), It was an extreme pain in my head that I don't think I would endure in reality. Once I woke up all the pain was gone and I remembered it as a dream, not as a pain I actually felt for real. It is always accompanied with false awakenings, one false awakening this time, but for the recurrent nightmare it is always a series of false awakenings, and each last for a while or at least I feel so.
