      Do u feel....

hi, my 1st post! Do u guys feel like you muscles and your whole boddy gets really numb like someones sitting on your whole body prior to luicd dreaming? And i dunt know why, i do get alot of lucid dreams, i mean alot...but most of the time when i enter a lucid dream, its fun till i feel like im about to find out the truth about somthing or just see some thing scary or hear somthing terrifying, then i make myslef wake upp becuase its just way too much to handel.Like last time i cant remeber waht it was exactly , but i was in a really bad situation and i was greatly under pressure, i didnt know what to do and i didnt want to face the truth, so i jumped out of the situation.....not out the window or anything, but like metaphorically i jumped out of the situation as in i escaped the problem, i didnt want to face it...and suddenly i was just falling towards the ground(like a skydiver) but i was going staright down and i could see the ground better and better and i tried to scream i couldnt....and maybe an inch b4 i hit the ground, i made myself wake up!! any comments?

      Welcome to Dreamviews, yo. 8)

The strange 'someone sitting on your limbs' feeling you're experiencing is most likely Sleep Paralysis. It's something that everyone experiences, but that lucid dreamers are usually a little more conscious of. You can run a search on "Sleep Paralysis" anytime if you want to learn more.
I started out controlling my dreams as a kid as a way to get out of nightmares and bad situations also. I've heard that's pretty common also.
