For years i've been experiencing the precursor of lucid dreaming. I'd try to go/fall asleep, and I get the whole sleep paralysyes thing. And hear things around me and what not, or getting a feeling of a presense of someone. I would get scared and try to wake up, but wouldn't be able to. I would then take a couple deep breathes and wake up. But right after I woke up, I would be so tired and the whole cycle keep repeating itself.

Basically, I don't want to fall asleep at night because this always happends. I want to either stop it or get passed it. I get scared and realize I am dreaming and want to wake up.

Anyone have any suggestions?
