This afternoon, I fell into what I felt was the start of a sleeping paralysis experience. I dont get them often, but sometimes they happen. This time was different. Usually I feel terror and have awful auditory and visual hallucinations. This time it was of peace and comfort. I had these visions and I could mentally walk through them at will and move and think at will like a lucid dream (never have had one at this power). Those were neat to experience, but I had someone or, some THING, talk to me. Ive been going through some inner turmoil with some negative emotions this past month and a half. This female, sounded like an alien, or a woman with a raspy voice and said, "You will never be everything to all things, Erin, but for now, you must rise, and never let that leave you." What is this? Is this an angel? A being? Myself? Never have I ever encountered this. Please help and explain.
