Thread: Dream or Spirit Guide

This is my first post and hope someone can help me with my dreams.
I dream that I am walking towards a bench and there is a lady on it, she smiles at me as I sit down and says hello. She is not alone there is a small child with her about 8 years of age playing on the beach just in front of us. The little girl comes up to me and says hello then asks my name. The three of us talk for a while about the weather and things in general. I then say I have to go and the child says "we will see you again". I then wake up and just assume it's been a dream however when I got to sleep the next night I see them agin in the same place and they say "hello again" the dream then continues we're it left off. This has been going on for 4 nights now and while I find it nice and warm I am puzzled as I have never had dreams like this before. Is it a dream or is it as I feel my spirit guides contacting me for the first time? I feel that the woman is not her mother but more of her guardian. I hope someone can explain this to me.

I'm no expert and can't advise you on belief systems, but I have had one dream repeated maybe 5 times, almost always the same (although I realized it was a repeat and varied my actions in each dream). So I don't think it's anything to be worried about or confused over...most likely you were thinking of it when you went to sleep and your mind re-constructed it, and then the third night you were confused over having had it twice and so on. Chances are the more you think about it, the more likely it is you will keep repeating the dream.

Thank you for replying so quickly. Each night is different although in the same place. They both seem to be waiting for me to arrive and always say they will see me again. They appear to be dressed in 1970 style and the young girl has long ginger hair while the woman has dark brown. I don't know anyone who resembles them that's why I find it so strange.

If you get a chance to go lucid in the dream (which is doesnt sound like you are), I'd suggest doing that and then seeing if you can get them to transform, or else see what happens if you fly away or try teleporting somewhere. In other words, what happens if you FORCE it to change?

ooh thats a good idea but what is your intention, maybe this is a really good time for introspection. Those characters in a sense ARE you so you need to ask them some questions while you can.
