I haven't had any lucid dreams recently.
I've been wanting to try a stabilization technique recommended by some of you.

Anyway, I thought I would share my favorite dream.
I had this dream about 3 years ago.
At the time, I had been doing alot of meditation, but no lucid dreaming techniques.

The reality:
I awoke at 6 AM, after having been sleeping for awhile.
I decided to meditate using a technique I had learned in psychology class.
I love meditating early in the morning, as the energy always seems to feel stronger.
At some point during the meditation, I must have given into my sleepiness, because I woke up a few hours later.

The dream:
I got up from my couch and began brushing my teeth.
I realized I couldn't look at the couch where my body had been sleeping moments ago.
I was unable to look at that area no matter how hard I tried.
Then, I started falling backwards slowly.
At first I was scared, and readied to catch myself.
Then I realized I was falling very slowly.
This didn't feel blurry like most of my dreams, it was VERY real.
When I reached ground level, I started floating toward where my body was lying on the couch (which I still couldn't look at).
As my body floated to couch-level, I awoke slowly.
I got up again, and walked a few steps before beginning to fall again.
This time, I welcomed the falling feeling.
However, this time when I reached ground-level, I spun in a full circle before returning to my body on the couch.
As my body reached the couch, I seamlessly awoke, without the usually groggy feeling of waking up.
I remember it feeling as though my eyes were open before I woke up, because I could see a certain part of the couch before and after I awoke, with no shut-eye in between.

NOTES:
This felt nothing like any dream I had ever had, there was a strong sense of reality.
Also, when I was floating, I had no control at all, which is not characteristic of most dreams I have.
I had no fear in this dream, the whole experience was relaxing.
