Probably a case of the "Don't think about a pink elephant" phenomenon. I guess you should try to focus more on gettting out of bed and less on not not getting out of bed. |

OK, so I was dreaming last night, and I realized I was dreaming. I was like, yes! A lucid! Anyway, I immediately had a false awakening, but still knew I was dreaming. I did a RC, and I was still happy. But then it happened. I couldn't do anything! I had a high level of lucidity, I realized anything was possible within a dream, but I couldn't get out of bed. I would get 2 feet away from my bed and immediately have a false awakening in the same bed. I was so frustrated. Does it have something to do with the fact that I was having an OOBE? Everytime I tried to move, I could see myself laying on the bed. |
