Hi, since I joined this forum I've had 22 lucid dreams (the last one was last night) so I can say I am an experienced lucid dreamer and I noticed that during autumn and winter most of my dreams are very unrealistic and I barely get 1 lucid dream per 2 months, but during spring and summer (mostly summer) I get A LOT of vivid dreams and 2 or 3 lucid dreams per month. Like last night I was dreaming of visiting New York and it was so realistic even when I looked at my hands to do a RC I didn't get lucid and actually thought it was happening for real. So I ask you fellow lucid dreamers, does the level of vividness have anything to do with the season or month it is and if so please explain why and if not - please explain why. |

It may be connected, but I don't see the connection. |

Everything that effects your mind and body in any way can have an effect on dreams. So I think the answer is 'yes', but it's just one of a million connections. |
