So, is there anyone around here that uses Dream Cartography? Read about it a long time ago, and found the thread again. The idea is basically to write down every place you are in your dreams. These places will eventually start connecting, and you will have a complete map over your dream world. Anyone tried it? Does it work well?
This sounds interesting. would it make it easier to navigate around your dream and/or more vivid?
What i picked up, yes. Your dreams will start adapting after the map, increasing vididness aswell as recall
I need to start making a dream journal first, I'm always too lazy to write them down.
If I'm feeling up to it i'll make an online dream journal (not to keen on DV's one)
