Thread: Beginning Of Wild? [Please Reply]

Hello everyone..Its me again lol!

Well last night, i was layin on my couch...I listened to this 90min Lucid Dreaming Hypnosis mp3...He basically tells you to lay in a comfotable position, eyes clothes and follow what he is saying, and say it back to urself..then he counts to 10..and each higher number, the more relaxed you get..then 11 to 20 later on..gets you to the beginning stages of ur dream sleep, but your sub concious mind will still be clear and aware..

Anywayz...

After 90mins of listening to it and being fully cleard and aware..took my head phones off about 4 am--dont know what time it was really cuz i didn't look, it was around then- And i was concentrating--startng to try to do WILD...and i kept telling myself "Lucid Dreaming" and like..i dunno if i fell asleep or what was going on but i know for sure i wasn't dreaming...But i started hearing Audio..and it was the guy's voice from the MP3...i lost concentration cuz i was like "What the hell?" cuz i wasn't sure what was going on, and it lasted for like awhile..and the only reason why it didn't happen sooner, cuz i thought i had my headphones on..

So i dont know what happened....i listened to that 90min mp3 and i can tell you for sure that it does work 110% with dealing with your subconcious mind and your awareness..so if someone could like maybe give a small explination below this, that would be greatly appreciated...

P.S:I also did 21 Reality Checks through out the day yesterday--dunno if that would have anything to do with it, but i just thought i would toss that side note in!
