Thread: dreams affecting your physical body?

recentley i had a dream and it was and exact recall of my after-school things that day. it started off normaly but then i went lucid and changed locations slightly (i didint have control over myself(1st person)) then i bailed and as i did i woke colliding with the wall next to my bed quite hard. has anyone else had an experiance simillar to this???

Yeah, it happens sometimes when sleep paralysis doesn't completely set in. Usually the dreams aren't very vivid and occur in the morning when you drift off after waking up once or twice already.

vivid definentley and making it different i saw myself slam into the wall in 3rd person (happens sometimes usually in precognition though)
