      WILD changed forever

My method consists of waking up and meditating after being awake for an hour. This has happened consistently within the last 7 to 8 attempts at WILD.

My body starts vibrating from mediation and I get a pressure in my head that feels like the light-headed tingling sensation you get from standing up too fast. After that I can hear/feel vibrations and bright purplish white sparkles and I feel like my body is being sucked backwards, or similar to a sensation of falling.

From there a large sphere appears in my vision that looks like the sun or some kind of energetic ball. It emanates in front of me for several seconds to a minute. I will then have the falling sensation and come back to consciousness realizing my eyes are open. (This happens every time).

This WILD technique used to work for me, now I just go to the energetic sphere. Not sure what it is, and was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced it?
I am a man. I have nothing to show off. I am just a person withnothingexcept for what I would like to show off, which is nothing.

Um, I had the reverse? I would get to SP easily and then WILD, aftermany attempts I could no longer get to SP but would just jump straight into a dream, have you tried just falling asleep without the meditation and see if it works?

I cannot fall asleep and have lucid dreams. It seems to be the WILD is the only technique that works systematically. Any other time that I have a LD it's by chance.

Oh yeah, I mean maybe now WILD will be easier and you don't really need to go through all the meditation and SP stuff.

Some might say that it is seeing one of the chakras of the spiritual body. I'm not sure about this.
I have seen things in front of me as you have done many times but only rarely have I managed to enter a dream from there. However, it might help if you attempt to move your body and see if you separate from it that way. Maybe try rolling out of bed? Then reality check of course. Good luck.

I'm usually extremely sensitive to movement and will lose (lucidity?) or whatever it is I'm experiencing. It's like my dreaming attention is very short and the sphere only lasts for 10 seconds (though I have had it last for up to 1 minute). I've never thought of it being a chakra, that is very interesting. It's almost guaranteed that I will see it every time that I attempt to WILD, except for the one time that I bypassed it and went into the most insane experience of my life (check DJ for details on that). This isn't normal lucid dreaming. It's like something I can do at will when I decide to WILD. The awareness of the bodily vibrations is when I know that it's about to happen. It breaks through my vision. It's like my eyes and forehead vibrate to a breaking point and then the channel switches and the sphere appears. Any more comments and suggestions are more than welcome!
