new lucid dreams

I've had a few nice dreams in the past week. My favorite ones are when I fly. I remember I asked myself : is this a dream? I got up out of bed and decided if it was then I could try to float. I stood up and felt weightless as I experimented with flying. Then I did my usual fly up until u can see all the rooftops. I think dreams are a gateway to other realms beyond death like in rebirth ...its human to forget all our experiences. Sleep is a mini death that unlocks freedom to explore. I think or wonder if forgetting is almost an illusion like a test to assure good mind. You can learn much about humanity and yourself through dreaming.

I like that part of a "mini-death" for sleeping that you declared. I remember in High School, my AP Psychology teacher talked about sleeping being small experiences of death.

I thought he was just messing with our minds (he did that a lot, which isn't a surprise for a Psychology teacher), but now with lucid dreaming, it may be possible that we go through mini-deaths to experience the freedom of adventure.

I'm envious that you're getting lucid dreams, especially ones where you aren't worried about stabilizing. I've been getting lucid dreams as well, but it's always a rush for me because I want it to be stabilized, and the infinite possibilities that I could experience just makes it so compelling that I get so overwhelmed and think about the physical world for some reason.

Who knows, dreaming may be the medium for exploring other realms, it just depends on person to person. I personally think it is my mind's fabrication of different phenomena, but that's because I'm still new to this despite practicing induction techniques (I took a break from LDing for maybe a week or so a few months ago and got back into it).

And I think that's why I'm not having longer Lucid Dreams, it's just that I'm so used to be constrained by the limits of waking life that I can't manifest subjective truths with the dream world.

Maybe then I'll realize why we all go through this reality and are given the opportunity to do anything in our dreams. It's that fine line that I'm on when I wake up and think "Oh, reality...crap.:

That's why I'm trying to find my Dream Guide, not to find reasons to why I'm not so motivated to excel in life, but how I can just accept that doubt and just continue with new reasons to do so.

Here is my most recent one. It was lucid and somewhat astral with time travel and shapeshifting. It started in the real life place where my BF, Ryan, lives. Ryan is also someone I knew in a past life.

There was a knock at Ryan's door in the middle of the night. It seemed real, I asked Ryan if he heard the knock. I went to see if anyone was there. I opened the door...but there was no one. That was when I got pulled into two places at once, shapeshifted. I went outside. I also realized I was inside the house in another time. I smartly hid, not wanting the Mind Police to find me, I realized then space was less dense and I had the ability to traverse and time travel. But in this first dimension there may have been a different threat---Dark Cloud Energy aka The Beast. I figured out how to astral project myself into other dimensions and decided to visit my mother. I told her I understood why she saw people shapeshift in a quantum reality. In real life she struggles with psychosis. I climbed into a higher one as per usual.

This was key to the next epic dream which was like living another life. When I was aware of this I committed this realization suddenly to dream memory, it was in the future. Beyond 2012 and my brother was going to be trapped in a time warp so I had to save him. I used my special powers to become invisible and I ap'd across a road covered in ice that sensed or human bio energy feilds. *They could not sense me unless I was in front of them as well as on the ice for some reason...These men in yellow astronought like suits with helmets etc. they may have thought I was an alien because I was invisible or maybe they knew who I was. The Mind Police again? I knew they were after me.

There was a huge collapse of a football stadium just like a movie. That may have been earlier, then there was an attack like an unseen force of destruction. Aliens? I remember how I used the cellphone as w a way to warp, but I'm not sure if those were tapped. Then there was a huge building, like...library or office building possibly New Foundation's Gov. It was basically an in between time zone, where Communist like leaders decided the fate of parallel dimensions....I'm guessing.*

I think I may have been caught or rode in a "police" vehicle. They drove hover cars that were Circular with rubber spider like legs with suction cups on feet so they could stay on ground. These cars could sense bio fields and were circulating this highway, like patrol cars--either patroling for alien invadors or alternate life forms. But they had human forms, so I don't know if they realized I was human. I think one of them lied and said I wasn't there. The whole area was dead and humanity was being wiped out like in a time warp, warping...they were warping earth's dimensions. Anyways, it was an Apocalyptic type dream. New Year's night, 2012.
