some Lucid experiences from a frequent lucid dreamer

      Hello,

Yesterday I was thinking about it was already a pretty long time ago (couple of months) since I had my last vivid Lucid dream. So I was planning to try induce one. I had already many WILD experiences in the past so I think this is the best method to get a lucid dream.

So.. I woke up around 06.00 this morning, still to early too get out of bed so I thought lets try to WILD . I tried to feel abit awake first and get consious before falling back to sleep again so I closed my eyes and was thinking myself at work and started repeating, I'm going to have a lucid dream and so on. Suddenly I heard a soft sound, paid no attention to it. After a while a fell asleep into a dream at work. So I was not lucid then. But then my dream shifted and I was with my parents in the US somewhere on a bridge. I was thinking how we got there, couldn't remember it and realised I was lucid. So I start jumping high leaps. Suddenly I awoke at .... work , so a false awakening with me thinking I was awake. Don't remember much after that but my alarm went off suddenly .

Another WILD dream I had before was induced by closing my eyes and I imagined they where open and I was looking to myself in the mirror. Suddenly I was in the bathroom looking at myself knowing I was lying into my bed. So I decided to test how to get awake, because if you are very lucid this isn't always easy. So I let myself fall from the bath onto the ground with my face first. I slided back into my body lying in the bed. Pretty cool experience.

I also have a lot of sudden lucid experiences without realy inducing them. Mostly I recognize something in the dream that isn't possible like , other furniture, someone who has past away or the most weird thing I had was I was missing a tooth in my dream, I woke up felt it was there and fell back into my dream and I was missing it again so I knew I was dreaming and the fun could begin.

The most fun part is convincing people in your dream you are dreaming and they are just a dream. Most people don't believe me in my dream . Pretty funny.

What are the things that I mostly do when I get lucid.
Well mostly things that aren't allowed in real life and I would be jailed for it .
That's the most fun part of lucid dreams. Doing things without consequence. Hit someone on the head, having sex with a girl you suddenly see. No limits.

I guess I have luck to have Lucid dreams on a regular basis. It's a bit in the family. My brother has experienced even scary things. Being trapped inside his room and awake almost 10 times in his own room without really getting awake. Another thing he experienced is the old hag syndrome -> sleep paralysis while being fully awake and seeing dark figures in the room.

So I will post every lucid dream I have into this forum .

      Happy dreaming!

Yeah, lucid dreaming is incredible. Welcome to the site, by the way. Also, I've heard it was common to lose teeth in dreams, although it's never happened to me.

DV has an awesome dream journal feature, where you can jot down your dreams. It's pretty helpful because you can see all of your dreams signs and keep all of your lucids/non-lucids divided into categories.

Welcome! Another natural Lucid dreamer, you're going to love this site. So many people contributed to so many methods to induce lucid dreaming that it's just so much to contain, but you will find one that can supplement what you do to Lucid Dream. Wish you luck on more lucid dreams!
