Thread: Wow! 1 Highly Lucid Dream!

this morning i had the most incredible dream in my life! im so happy, in the dream i was in a subacuatic world and started to look at the water above me and thought that i could fly in it and go out, then fly above the sea! this dream was so vivid! i never felt anything like it, i started spinning and got even more real!! !!!
i did somemuch things in like 10 minutes!!
i flew veeery fast under water!

i felt like god!!

you lucky little... grrr... good job!!

but it's so simple. Then again I suppose people have different talents. All you have to do is jump... and then feel like the jump is never going to stop until you tell it to, best way to do it is to first start off with trying to jump extremely high and far, and then focus on controlling the jump and creating flight, or rather levitation. Remember like always to not have a doubt about flying. Anyhow after you jump and stop in the middle of the jump... that'll basically be like flying, then simply try to fly to wherever you want to go(try to think about the way the kids in peter look like when they fly... lol). Maybe even try diving down towards the ground at a specific angle(even though this is would be a lucid dream and the angle wouldn't matter since it's a lucid dreams... but the thinking about the physics of an airplane diving down helps) to gain speed and slowly curve upward to fly(never tried that though). It helps if you think about gliding things... or rather glide to the ground, jump up... stop in midair and repeat until you feel ready to fly. I don't know... lol... possibilities of learning how to do stuff in LDs are endless... I guess it could work if you plan the feeling ahead of time in the waking world... just figure out how it would feel to fly/levitate and then try it in in the LD world

So far I have only been able to fly by wavings my arms like a bird. So if everything else fails you could try that. Sadly I can not fly very long because my arms get tired. I´m like a chicken.

Try the method I read in "The Hitchikers Guide Through The Galaxy"

When you jump you have to forget that you'll fall down. The easiest way to do this is to get distracted in the time between (spelling?) jumping and falling down.

My method is slightly different I jump and think to myself : "I can fly, this is only a dream, other people can fly in their LDs so can I" and I actually fly.

Or you can use your method of LD control and say: "And then I was flying."

I automatically float up and fly as soon as I become lucid. I can't remember anything else I want to do, and I just end up flying around.

Hmm, that's weird. You can't fly, and I can't not fly...

It gets annoying, I want to do other fun stuff.
