Thread: Cheese Fusion RC

Well I nearly had my first LD, however instead of doing a proper RC I tried to fuse two pieces of cheese into one. After that failed the dream faded away, meh. But I guess the fact that I for the first time thought about dreaming inside of a dream is at least sort of an good sign.

And a small recommendation: Do not use cheese fusion as an RC.

Ha, nice try. Believe it or not fusing cheese could work as a reality check.

But next time try something like pinching your nose. At least you are on the right track

Heh, yeah it could work but as far as I think you'd need at least a bit of dream control for cheese fusion to work, while pinching your nose (the RC I usually use) doesn't require that control.

Exactly. Some RCs require control, like pushing your finger through your hand. And the nose pinch doesn't use control. Just keep doing that reality check and you will be lucid dreaming frequency will go up.
