Hey there,
today I had my first Lucid Dream I think. First I tried WBTB in the night but that didnt work so well and I decided just to sleep because I had school in 4 hours.
First I had a dream about some kind of castle where strange things happen. I was there with a friend I think. Another guy wanted to show us some mysterious mirrors. I looked into them and it looked a bit strange. When we where there I felt kinda uneasy. I also saw some poster which still hang in my room and scared me a bit when I was younger. The next thing I can remember that I just got up to get ready for school. But I went back to bed I think. When I woke up and looked at the clock it was around 8:35 and the first two hours of school were over already. Then I heard my mother yelling up the stairs, askin if im already gone to school. I went downstairs and saw my father sleeping in the dogbasket ( lol ) and my mother sleeping on the couch. I went upstairs again and sat down on a chair and decided to go to school now. And then I heard a sound. It wasnt very loud. Then it came again and it seemed to be right at my ear. It was a very very creepy whisper and I was scared to death. This is the part where I became lucid I think. I realized that this is a dream but I was afraid that my mind would come up with some sort of creepy ghost that attacks me. And for some reason I decided to create a Michael Jackson in my room singing one of his songs ! WTF ! Maybe to distract me of thinking about a ghost or monster and this was the first thing that came to my mind. But he looked very unclear and blurry. Then everything got black around me and I tried to rub my hands cause I heard that this can keep you in a dream. But it didnt help. I was half in my dreambody and half in my real body. I could already hear me breathing again. And then I found myself awake and I tried a reality check but it wasnt a FA.
So not that good for my first LD I think , haha . That whisper really scared me cause it felt so real and I couldnt concentrate well when I became Lucid
