Kinda Lucid (multiple dreams)

Wednesday a friend of mine held a lan party ( for the people who don't know, its where some friends come together and play games and have fun, 24 hours long usually).
So when I got to bed the next day around 4 pm, I'm asleep right away.

Sorry in advance for the long post, I hope it doesn't scare you away :D

I woke up around 1 am, and can't remember any dreams, so I go to the toilet, and try to WILD. This attempt failed and I end up sleeping anyways.

I dream that I'm a girl with a terrible mother, movie style. I don't know any details but my mother gets angrier and angrier as times passes by. Then suddenly I know exactly how this story goes: some mother and daughter story wich ends in the mother killing the daughter, so I decide to run away from her.

Note: I don't know about any of this now in the waking world.

I find myself at a pool indoors, when I'm suddenly grabbed from behind and the next thing I know someone's trying to drown me, I kinda panic and I breathe through my nose and can notice I can breathe. I know I'm dreaming so all the panic fades away. But all I can see now is some tabel with all sort of buttons on it, and I notice I have no body. All I can do is "push" the 2 buttons from left to right to show more buttons. I try to find a way to get out of here and get my body back, but all I say "3-D!".

Thinking of it now, why would I yell "3-D"? xD

The tabel and the buttons are changing and actually become 3-D, but I don't like it because it looks crap, so I tell it to change back and it does.

After that I don't remember anything other then waking up. It's light outside but I decide that it is still to early to get out of bed :cheeky: , but I'm incredible thirsty. So i close my eyes and walk to the bathroom, my mothers sees me and calls me twice, I decide not to anwser because I know that if I do, I won't get back to sleep.
So I drink some water and get back in bed. I can't seem to fall asleep and I got 2 songs stuck in my head. But eventually, I fall asleep.

Someone is on google searching for something, but I see that the searchbox showses stuff he isn't typing, so I do the finger RC and I know for sure that I'm lucid.

I'm sitting on a chair in a bus and some girl from my primary school (I'm now in college) is sitting next to me, and she drops something, I get is for her and give it back. I tell her to shake my hand, she looks at me like :? but she does is anyways. I see my both hands and do the hand RC again, this time my finger doens't go through it all the way but I know that I'm dreaming.

I'm on a ship and the captain is reading a book. I do the nose RC and become lucid, I do some stabalize techniques and tell myself to calm down and concetrate, because I feel exited.

I'm playing some game and try to change the landscape, and it works. Then I put the game down and wake up.


All the time in these dreams I know that I'm dreaming, and that I want to performe RC's, but when I do that, I'm not completly lucid, I don't see much and don't do anything. Then it just gets black and the new dream starts... This happend around 11 am.

Sorry for the long post :p

Does anybody has some advice how to:
Get your body back.
Get your sight back.
How I can keep myself lucid (if only longer so I can do something xD)

Well I will just say that controlling lucidity or even having lucid experiences for that matter are very difficult when on an irratic sleep schedule, hence staying up 24 hours, and trying to control the limited lucidness you did manage.. In relation to getting your body back, I will say, there is no body. You have or do not have whatever you believe.. the body you speak of was never a physical body so searching for a way to get it back should not be a problem.. just remind yourself that you dont need to get it back, because it was never gone, then look down and expect to see it... and there it is.

I'll write that down on the piece of paper with all the good information about lucid dreaming next to my dream journal.
"If I have no body, say to youself that you don't need it back, because it was never gone."
