A dream within another and me getting worried

Hey all :)

So Yesturday night I managed to dream clearly for the first time in a matter of weeks, which I am really happy with :banana:.

I was in the bathroom, the light was bright and dim at the same time, I was looking at myself in the mirrour and was wearing my boyfriends red hoodie. It was strange, though my reflection was my own, I was rather pale and there was dark circles under my eyes, I had a hostile look on my face that seemed unlike myself. I felt myself smile quickly, but when I looked at my reflection it stayed the same and a
sudden fear took over my body, then I started saying wake up, wake up, wake up and it took me a total of 20 times or so for me to actually wake up, though before I did I saw Michael (the guy who is usually in my dreams) walking fast as if going to something urgent, he was shirtless and I woke up scared and shivering. But I was relaxed when my boyfriend woke up with me....and then he went back to bed lol.

What do you think it means, I asked my boyfriend what it means he's thinks it's a warning to be cautious or something though I FEEL like it's something else.
