Thread: My first long lucid since joining DV

not a very high level but good enough.


I was in a town I didnt know and the sun was going down. I was standing kinda close to a river and so I started walking down it. I soon found a house that faced away from the river and I went up to find out where I was. I noticed a man sitting under a tree so decided to ask him. As I got close I realized he was bigfoot. I talked to him a little bit and was about to walk away but I decided to stay and go to sleep where I was. I had a dream that I couldnt remember and then woke up under the tree with bigfoot. The sun was still down but I stepped toward the street anyway.
"WTF BIGFOOT ISNT REAL" the dream started to dissolve (damn you DV and power of suggestionthat never happened to me before I started reading on here that it was common)
"NO" I started thinking to myself carnival!!!! Carnival!!!
I closed my eyes and when I opened them I was almost blinded because it was suddenly bright. I was in a street that I could tell was far away from that town and it was daytime. A clown walked in front of me and I only thought Oh cool a clown (I am terrified of clowns irl)
I walked down the street a bit until I saw my best friend and a foreign exchange student from the czech republic.
"Fred, Aneta Hey guys whats up? How did yall get into my dreams?" (I knew I was dreaming but I thought it must have been a three way shared dream because of my low level of lucidity)
"What we are dreaming?" both of them said together
"Yeah!!!" We can do anything. I jumped into the air and fell beack on my butt. "Crap stupid dreamviews has put it in my head that dream control is harder than it really is"
As the three of us walked I was trying to remember my dream goals. I told my friends about the goals and that I couldnt remember them. Aneta told me that she wanted to jump on a trampoline in a dream. "Ok thats easy to summon" I told her.
We turned down and alley and it twisted to the end where a bunch of bed mattreses against the wall. "well this will work trust me" I said to Aneta in response to her disappointed look. We stacked the mattresses and the three of us started jumping. After a few jumps they turned into a trampoline and a huge smile broke out across Aneta's face. We jumped for a while and then my dream shifted by itself. It was suddenly night again and we were leaving the carnival. When we got out of the fair grounds I saw Cattie-Brie from the Drizzt books and lost lucidit somehow
" Find the halfling!" she shouted to me while firing her bow. I couldnt see the threat but I tried to help anyway. I turned from her for a little bit and when I turned back she was gone and the battle was over.
I walked with a few other people that were talking about Obama. We got on a bus and left.
The dream shifted again and I was standing on my road with a large ziplock bag filled with different kinds of snakes. I went into my house and showed my grandma then took them back outside and left the bag open on the road. The snakes started crawling out of the bag and a car came driving down the road and stopped right over the bag.
I started feeling myself wake up irl and realzed that i was dreaming still. and then I woke up and got on the computer to share this with everyone
