      I've been attempting the Hypnagogic Technique (as described in Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming) for a while now, and keep falling asleep too early and losing track of my thoughts. For tonight's attempt I'm going to try to go to bed earlier and sleep for longer before waking up for WILD, so I shall see if that helps.

      I think supplements for dreaming are not quite the same as steroids for competition. You don't get guaranteed results, for one thing. For another, what constitutes "supplement": what about vitamins? Having a good diet? It's a slippery slope and not worth IMO going down that rathole. I use galantamine on and off and I find it's quite hit or miss. Sometimes the dreams are amazing, and sometimes I lose the entire night of sleep. I actually haven't had a LD from galantamine in a very long time, just vivid dreams.
