Current goals: (1) Write in dream journal nightly. (2) Have an LD once a week. (3) Have an evening meditation session combined with thorough reality checking. (4) At least on weekends, attempt an LD immediately upon first awakening.
I thought I found what I always wanted.

Dream on, Oneironaut
I think supplements for dreaming are not quite the same as steroids for competition. You don't get guaranteed results, for one thing. For another, what constitutes "supplement": what about vitamins? Having a good diet? It's a slippery slope and not worth IMO going down that rathole. I use galantamine on and off and I find it's quite hit or miss. Sometimes the dreams are amazing, and sometimes I lose the entire night of sleep. I actually haven't had a LD from galantamine in a very long time, just vivid dreams. |

I'm still participating. My internet has been unreliable for a few days. Will update this afternoon. |
