      I'd say your fundamentals have to be solid for supplements to work in the first place, so go for it if you've already decided to use them. As for where I stand on supplements in general though, I wouldn't recommend it. Played with galantamine previously and had mixed results. Supposedly safe, but the info out there is less than clear. Plus, I've gotten similar/better results from regular practice alone.

      Since you can be aware of your IRL body while still dreaming/LDing (has happened to me), It might be possible to control it while still in the dream state. I've heard about a guy who, while dreaming, heard his IRL phone ringing. He became lucid (or was already) and became aware of his IRL body. While still in his dream, he could move his IRL arm and answered the phone. He even managed to say hello, but heard gibberish and woke up right after

      So maybe the most hardcore dreamers can go for something like that (controlling your IRL body while staying in an LD), or maybe I'm too optimistic about people's capabilities

      Anyways, I understand that my idea isn't applied, that might've been too crazy lol (maybe making a whole other comp dedicated to that is the right move)

      Final Thoughts

      • My recall tanked at the end of this week, which I attribute to late bedtimes.
      • I still think SSILD works well for me. Almost all of my lucid dreaming related experiences are regained awareness, and SSILD somehow creates a lot more of those and false awakenings. So I'm trying to get really good at catching false awakenings and practicing SSILD every night.
      • First attempt at meditation Guided Hypnosis. The thing is, this guy also makes some meditation stuff, and I feel like the practices are (Even just superficially) connected. Nevertheless, I want to try actual meditation, alone, and see what that's like.
      • Finally, sorry for the long post, hopefully it's not a problem. Some time I will replace the [[]] blocks with links to DJ entries. Also, week two is going well! Good job, everybody!

      Prospective memory targets: Every time I hear water (Faucet, rain, drip, etc...)


      I've been counting those prospective memory targets separately, percentage-wise, but always keeping the maximum points total at 1.0. So for my two targets, both having consistencies greater than 33% of the time, but less than 66%, they each gained .5 points for the total of 1. If I'm botching the calculation for this, and it should just be the averaged percentage between all targets that should be considered, just let me know!

      Hello, I'm coming in super late, but plan on staying till the end! (And I appreciate the nudge @Saizaphod)

      Sorry for my absence, hit a rough spot right from night 1. Dreams are returning, though, and had several nights in a row where I should have gotten lucid.

      I'm going to estimate 17 dreams since my last update (night one) through now.
      Average RC every day: 1x9 = 9
      2 dreams a night 2x9 = 18

      If I had retained awareness through the rest of the semi-lucid (that lasted around 5minutes), I'd gotten points for Teleportation, Meeting an Enemy(Tbox), Mass Telekinesis(Destroying an entire shopping mall), Use an Electronic Device, Gain Invulnerability(Going through a shredder unharmed), and Basic Summoning Only after waking I realized I was pretty much dreaming about being lucid for the remainder of the dream.
