I'd say your fundamentals have to be solid for supplements to work in the first place, so go for it if you've already decided to use them. As for where I stand on supplements in general though, I wouldn't recommend it. Played with galantamine previously and had mixed results. Supposedly safe, but the info out there is less than clear. Plus, I've gotten similar/better results from regular practice alone. |

Since you can be aware of your IRL body while still dreaming/LDing (has happened to me), It might be possible to control it while still in the dream state. I've heard about a guy who, while dreaming, heard his IRL phone ringing. He became lucid (or was already) and became aware of his IRL body. While still in his dream, he could move his IRL arm and answered the phone. He even managed to say hello, but heard gibberish and woke up right after |
