      Wow. Worst first comp night EVER. 3 total hours of sleep (at the start so no dreaming), zero recall.

      edit: went for a nap. I just woke from my first ever nap massively vivid dream and nightmare, lasted probably 20 minutes or more. I'm still reeling from it, it was a doozy.

      New Personal Goals
      1: Use a reflection to duplicate something.

      2: Summon someone smart to successfully solve a puzzle or explain something confusing in a lucid dream.
      (Often my lucids there's something there that looks like it should mean something but I never take the time to try and figure it out because it's a dream and I'm trying to accomplish my own goals. So I want to see what would happen if I tried to get a dc to solve or explain what the thing is. I feel bad just ignoring elements in my dreams sometimes.)

      3: See how far I can get after catching an FA, act like nothing is out of the ordinary and complete my morning routine and drive to work all while maintaining lucidity.
      (My lucid dreams tend to be on the more on the unrealistic side, so i want to try my best to get more realism by changing my expectations.)

      First time participating in the challenge and still learning to navigate dreamviews- are we posting our nightly Results here? I didn’t remember any dreams yesterday sadly but-

      1. Reality checks= excellent (about every 2 hours using Sporadic awareness technique lasting 2 ish minutes each time)
      2. Meditation= did a guided yoga nidra meditation in the morning for 35 minutes
      3. Prospective memory- remembered between 33-66% of occurrences

      Hoping for a better day today and hoping my fellow aliens fared better than me!

      I'm down to add this, because experiencing hypnagogia is a usually big sign you're approaching/developing your dream/lucidity. I'll add that along with experiencing a sleep paralysis as well(probably not the best thing to go after, but some comfort points )

      You can count the day time practice after 12PM into the first night's score. I'll put the 1 point into the board but make a new comment on the night score.

      Day 1 Report
      Yesterday at Noon to this morning

      I did pretty good with reality checks yesterday. I set a stopwatch on my watch every time I reality check, and I think it never got past two or three hours. Still, I could do better. When night came I tried hard to get to bed by the time I set. Later, I woke for my wake back to bed. I didn't have an alarm set that night, so waking up naturally was nice. I couldn't remember any dreams, though. I performed SSILD and drifted off to sleep around the second long loop.

      - This post took a bit, so I might not be able to update for a couple days.

      I became lucid in the balcony of the house, i don't remember how. I touched the fences, walls, etc. to see how real was the dream. I did an RC by counting my fingers. Then I went inside the house and tried smelling and tasting things. I ate some peanuts and went outside. Now, I was trying to remember the tasks of the competition, i remembered one of them was flying so I flew around. Then I remembered teleportation, i tried to teleport but it failed. Then my dream ended.
