Yesterday: Dream Journal: I dreamed of exploring a game-like dungeon with a lady. I can't really remember much else because my alarm clock was too loud (usually it isn't).
This doesn't count for points, but I'm glad I went to bed on time and didn't use screens before bed.
Goals for Today: Meditation - Twice
Reality Checks - try this once today
MILD - made anki flashcards that I will test myself on twice today.
Dream Journaling - trying to be more consistent with this
WBTB - gonna try this 6 hrs into sleep
Intention Setting - I will think about an Alliance character I will create for this comp and try to dream about him in Stormwind City. One thing I remember about WOW is all the flying around the city I had to do.
