Well, I have fallen out of practice, but if I work hard I think I might be able to compete in the intermediate league.

Intermediate league
Currently 1 a month, but when on a roll about 1-2 a week.

I am going to try very hard to be a 5 for you. And for me. I want to see what djing for two weeks will do for me rn since it’s been so long since I djed consistently.

Last time I put myself under intermediate and regretted it. Let's try beginner this time:

LD Frequency: 1 per month
Availability: 4, daily updates

I will try to get the lucid gears going this week and then maybe change to intermediate if I see I'm being successful?

About 1 LD a month (1 for the last TWO months AAAAAAHHH right now!!!!!), but if I ramp up intent I should get a burst of LDs by the 2nd week of the competition.
Recall holding fairly steady despite not DJing.
Availability 3.5, but will try to update every day.

Beginner League
About 1 a month when I'm not trying, but hopefully something like this will motivate and help me get a few more.
4, can probably update every day.

Been having 1 LD a week since the beginning of this year so I’ll go with

Seems like a fun competition. :p
One thing to note is that I have been lucid dreaming for almost 2 years now, but I still consider myself a beginner because of how little I got done over the years compared to what I would’ve gotten done if I applied myself. You can change me to the intermediate league if you see fit.

Rate of lucidity- very rare
Availability - 4? I'll update daily as the dreams come.

I'm a tad rusty but I've been working on a project that, among many other things, covers dreaming and lucidity within. I got the message from Saizaphod on discord and figured why not take the opportunity to do as they said, and shake the snow from my shoulders. Whenever I started to consistently record my dreams, my dream recall shot up. Lucidity is rather fleeting for me, the few times I've had it I tend to wake up right after realization. Maybe this event will change that.

Goals?

Well other than becoming consistently lucid, I'd like to venture back to source, go back home for a bit.

Reconnect with our-self, long enough to bring it back here.

I want the wall to come down.

League: Beginner
Number of lucid dreams per week: This can vary wildly. I've had 7-10 per week and I've also gone weeks without a single one. Lately, it's been brief LDs every other week or so.
Availability: 2.5 but I will update regularly.

This will be good to start sleeping more. I've only been getting around 7 hours a night and I really need upwards of 8 to get lucid. And with that, I had better get to bed.

I could use some motivation to improve my lucidity rate and dream control.

Quite unpredictable and relatively rare since I stopped focusing on them since around my last competition 6 years ago Want to give it another go.

Rate: Right now, less than one per week. But I'm taking that Galantamine-Choline mix on Friday and planning on doing so once a week so we will see...
Availability: 4. I should be able to participate fairly regularly.

If it's okay with people, a friend of mine would like to participate, but he's not that familiar with all this forum stuff, so if I could post his scores and possible lucid entries in his behalf? Also fine if not, but here's his preliminary entry:
