1) No masturbation. The longer i go without masturbation the better my dream recall is and the better my chances are of becoming lucid. It also has a number of other benefits for me but i won't get into those here.

2) Magnesium. Helps me get to sleep and stay asleep, the more time i spend asleep the greater the odds of dreaming and having lucid dreams. Also works well to help you relax and makes it easier to have a WILD.

3) Alcohol. A lot of people say its bad because your sleep is poorer quality but i tend to disagree here. I feel like i have more REM sleep and i can usually remember a shitload of dreams the morning after i drink. Last time i remembered 8 different dreams, one of them lucid.

4) Sleeping on an empty stomach. I had some crazy dreams when i was fasting. Though hunger can make it hard to get to sleep initially, you usually sleep better and dream more.

Smoking weed almost always kills my dreams so i quit.
